The Beatnik is intensely creative, appreciative of all arts and is typically a non-conformist with strong political and social views speaking openly about injustice and fighting to correct it.  The Beatnik wants to change the world, having a strong intellectual side that is sophisticated and knowledgeable yet leans toward minimalism or works against bourgeois lifestyles searching for the important things in life while expanding your mind, yet still enjoying sensual endeavors.

The Beatnik tends to overanalyze using intellectualism rather intuition or feeling becoming rigid or overly sophisticated, looking down on others who conform to social norms.  The Beatnik may be categorized or misunderstood by others due to views of the world and society, or for being overly political, outspoken or overdramatic due to an intense need for non-conformity and personal expression.
