Being a connoisseur or specialist, the senses are fine-tuned and able to appreciate the subtleties of life and the Hedonist may enjoy hosting parties or event to showcase this expertise.

The Hedonist may be materialistic, overly sexual, overindulgent or partake in gluttonous behavior; the constant seeker of a good time, a pleasure addict looking for a bigger rush potentially causing harm in pursuit of pleasure.   Every part of life must spark pleasure and daily life may be viewed as mundane, boring or even painful confusing pleasure with happiness.  The Hedonist may be egotistical or superficial and may have lost their sense of self being consumed by the physical world or taking life for granted.
